  2. Top Optik is an optical and sunglasses retail business. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 
  3.  We try to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and designs may slightly vary. Prescription lenses will be made according to the details provided by the customer.
  4. All prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.
  5. orders are confirmed only after WhatsApp confirmation from our team. Custom prescription lens orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
  6. Frames and sunglasses may be exchanged within 24–48 hours if unused and undamaged. Prescription lenses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  7. We accept payments through approved methods (Cash / Online Transfer ). Full payment may be required before delivery.
  8. Customer information, including contact details and prescription data, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
